Population Study is Making News

  1. Our large Jewish institutions are unable to meet the needs of many of the Jewish people, especially during these times of economic difficulties. Thousands of people within the community could not afford the fees of the new $15-million addition added to the Jewish Community Center, synagogues are losing members because people either can’t afford the dues and they feel that organized religion does not meet their needs. Also, does the Cleveland Jewish News address the needs of the Jewish community at large–not only the individuals who make large contributions to hospitals, colleges and various cultural institutions(which are certainly important), but others who give of themselves.
