Jewish Federation of Cleveland Announces 2011 Campaign Results at Campaign Closing Event

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland announced at the campaign closing celebration on May 18 that the 2011 Campaign for Jewish Needs exceeded its goal of $27.8 million by raising $27,942,629.  The event, which was held at Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple, recognized the hundreds of volunteers who worked on the campaign, and the generosity of the community.  The evening also included the presentation of the Ambassador Milton A. and Roslyn Z. Wolf Young Campaigner of the Year Award to Cliff Sussman, a past chair of the Federation’s Young Leadership Division.

Gary Gross, 2011 Campaign for Jewish Needs Chair, is a partner in Gross Builders, and also will be the chair of the 2012 Campaign for Jewish Needs.  Michael Siegal is the Federation’s board chair.

The Federation partners with 14 local beneficiary agencies and four international humanitarian organizations to provide educational and social services to thousands in need in Cleveland, Israel and 70 countries around the world.  For more information about the Federation and its projects, visit
